Through REFINE Brand Mentoring I guide you to shed your false self and recommit to your values and vision, so how you serve, share, and connect is congruent with what’s most meaningful to you.
You get two (2) 60-min. one-on-one sessions each month for three (3) months where we’ll focus on your brand and communication priorities and discuss strategies and activities to refine how you serve, share, and connect. I’ll also advise on how to approach the work, so you can efficiently and effectively take action.
To serve, share, and connect with integrity and authenticity, you need unbiased insight into how your clients experience working with you. ALIGN Brand Discovery leverages one of the most impactful components of my proprietary brand strategy development process—one-on-one, confidential conversations with your clients. Detailed feedback is exceptional in its ability to strip away external influences that dull your expression and help you reconnect with what you stand for (and against) and how this informs your work.
1 DISCOVERY, VISION & OBJECTIVES
You complete a detailed questionnaire and provide links to your brand touch points. We kick-off our collaboration with a 90-min. call to deep-dive on your challenges, needs, and vision, define our objectives for the research, and review our approach to client selection and scheduling.
2 CLIENT EXPERIENCE INTERVIEWS
I develop the interview questions and perform three (3) 45-minute interviews with the selected clients.
3 FINDINGS & RECOMMENDATIONS
I analyze and distill the interviews into a report with findings and recommendations. We review the report together on a 90-min. call. The final report PDF is provided to use as a reference moving forward.
Timeframe: Up to 4 weeks (following completion of questionnaire; dependent upon client availability)
The DEFINE Brand Strategy done-for-you service evolves you and your business from the inside out. Together we’ll create the values-driven, client-experienced based foundation, structure, and direction you need to transform your business into an authentic and congruent expression of who you are, how you serve, and why your work matters.
1 CLARITY, VISION & DISCOVERY

2 CLIENT EXPERIENCE INTERVIEWS
I perform up to three (3) 45-minute interviews with current or past clients to gain insight into the real-world experience of working with you—the impact you have, what makes you different, and how this informs your brand. I analyze and distill the interviews into a findings report and we meet to review together.
3 BRAND STRATEGY DEFINITION & ACTIVATION
Informed by steps 1 and 2, I define your brand values, vision, position, promise, personality, voice, tagline, and persona. We’ll also explore and agree upon recommended adjustments/additions to your business model and offerings to ensure how you serve is congruent with your values and vision.
Review process: We’ll walk through the first draft of your brand strategy together and then work through up to two (2) rounds of revision to get it just right.
Timeframe: Approximately 2 months (following completion of questionnaire)
